We are looking for a professional Revenue Lead (Deal desk reviewer) for EMEA to join our multilingual and multicultural Customer Contact Center team in Barcelona Your main responsibility will be to analyse deals from a financial perspective to ensure we meet LC and US GAAP accounting standards and determine their revenue treatment.
You will also provide consultancy to many different stakeholders on revenue-related questions and revenue cycle optimization.
This is a complex role, which means you need to be organized, communicative, assertive and able to interact with different stakeholders within the organization.
What Will You Be Doing?
Perform high-value deal reviews at the quote and order stage, determining their revenue treatment as per internal policies, procedures, and ASC606 Revenue Recognition rules based on applicable terms, conditions, and deliverables.
Act as a consultant to various departments on optimizing the revenue cycle by deal or sharing general principles.
Support and align with various roles within Keysight, such as Project Managers, Legal Department, Solution Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, Account Managers, division controllers, financial analysts, auditors, and the revenue accounting team.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure revenue is maximized and recognized as per corporate guidelines.
Serve as the focal point of contact for revenue-related questions within the organization, working closely with the WW revenue team.
Request revenue corrections via Journal Voucher and perform quarterly sign-offs on specific revenue checks conducted within the organization.
Support and develop new or improved approaches to processes related to revenue recognition in close alignment with the Business Process team representative.
