Visit www.Qorvo.Com to learn how our diverse and innovative team is helping connect, protect and power our planet.Job Title: EMEA Regional AccountantPosition Location: Barcelona, SpainPrimary Function General & Statutory Accounting – R2RBank and other accounts reconciliationsMonth End activitiesReportingProcedures documentationReports To: EMEA Regional ControllerKey Accountabilities Business Provide effective delivery of the end-to-end operational accounting process and activities.Deliver record-to-report and general ledger processes (e.G., journal entries / accruals, month end closing) for Qorvo's EMEA Entities.Support EMEA region's Acquire-to-Retire process including accounting for fixed assets.Provide standard performance reporting for the EMEA accounting team.Provide service management and governance for the EMEA accounting team.Responsible for upholding quality and standardized service delivery to global standards.Support client facing and internal operational accounting services- liaison for regional accounting with the corporate accounting team.Lead financial statement audit support for statutory accounts.Provide EMEA Payroll process support- liaison with region's payroll specialists.Provide EMEA expertise to ensure accurate accounts.Manage execution of accounting procedures for EMEA team and engage in critical / confidential aspects of accounting.Advise management on matters of fiscal procedure and importance for the organization.Ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization.Work with confidential data, which, if disclosed, might have significant internal effect or minor external effect.Agility and Innovation Drive consistency in period-end close activities and account reconciliation processes supporting improved efficiencies/compliance.Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: Extensive proven experience in delivering regional EMEA accounting activities.Demonstrated ability to manage work effectively.Demonstrated ability to organize, schedule and successfully manage multiple priorities.Experience in SAP preferred.Bachelor's degree. Five to seven years of accounting experience in IFRS. US GAAP is a plus.Económicas, ADE, CPA or Chartered Accountant designation.Fluent in English and Spanish; in addition, French, German and/or Dutch are a plus
