This position accepts flexible work.This role drives local execution of EMEA strategies for Product & Color, supports market understanding, acts as the Voice of Customer, and works on regional initiatives, with guidance from the Segment and Product Execution Manager, focusing on Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, UK, and BeNeLux.Key responsibilities:Execute EMEA Strategies : Drive local execution of EMEA strategies for Product & Color, including product portfolio support, field tests, and product launches/phase-outs.Technical Guidance : Provide input to local technical teams, distributors, importers, Key Accounts, OEMs, and Private Label owners regarding technical requests.Market Understanding : Build market and segment understanding with support from local technical and commercial teams, focusing on market trends, legal compliance, competitive landscape, and new product/technical trends.Quality Support : Coordinate investigations and support quality issues with input from local and central teams.Regional Initiatives : Support regional Commercial, Sales, and Technical initiatives, including guidance to specialists and input on pricing and marketing initiatives.Project Support : Assist on specific projects for Regional Product Managers in DACH, SCAN, and MENA regions.Stakeholder Interaction : Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Segment Product Managers, Global Platform Managers, Sales Teams, Local Technical and Commercial Teams, Marketing Communications, Channel Partners, Key Accounts, Customers, Suppliers, Training Team, Non-Paint Team, and Strategic Account and Sales Teams.Key requirements:Qualification : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Paint R&D, commercial, or technical roles.Language Skills : In addition to excellent knowledge of English, a second language will be positively evaluated.Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in product marketing, color, customer service, or technical roles in the paint industry.Availability to travel : up to 30% of the time, across the assigned countries.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint; in-depth knowledge of refinish products and repair/application processes.Core Competencies : Building sustainable relationships, driving for results, mobilizing resources, and business acumen
