Job Description Summary: As EMEA Pricing & Business Analyst, you will engage with workstream leads to assess and model the financial impact of various initiatives, as well as provide insightful analytics to support fact-based decision-making.
The second main focus will be to lead the analytical process of establishing list prices and price grids for the entire Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
In these activities, you will demonstrate your unique combination of analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills, to drive outcomes efficiently and in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for maintaining EMEA's Power BI reporting suite, as well as owning the technical aspects and updating of the Pricing & Profitability tools.

Main responsibilities will include: Profitability Analytics & Modelling - Consolidate and analyze data from initiatives focused on improving profitability.
Assess and model revenue & profitability impact from various initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on assessment and modelling.Pricing Analytics - Act as a central point for the annual price administration (list prices & price grids) exercise.
Work closely with the regional team to gain strategic alignment on the process and output of list prices and price grids (value-based pricing approach).
Liaise and collaborate with team members to assess, challenge and align on list prices and price grids.Tools & Technology - Ensure EMEA pricing tools are updated (List price, Grids update, new product launch, discontinuation).
Provide training to the sales and marketing organization on the pricing tools.
Represent IDS in the development of Configure-Price-Quote BD tools. About you - +2 years advanced analytical/technical background in finance or similar role, with advanced MS Excel skills.
Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Articulate and able to engage and liaise with various stakeholders within the organization (Finance, Marketing, Country, Regional).
Demonstrate strategic thinking, and ability to translate data into insights.
Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
