EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence, Our Mission and Statement We design and own EMEA Pricing Policy, we build process and solutions to support its execution and to monitor divisional pricing Strategies. We drive price awareness and share best practices across the organization aiming to be the go-to team for any pricing topic in the organization. We support EMEA business organization in achieving pricing plan execution by partnering with them, assessing pricing needs, proposing and developing pricing process and solutions and supporting pricing strategy development and implementation.

About The Role The Business Analyst Graduate will be an integral part of the Pricing software product team, responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-value software product features.
Your Responsibilities Will Be: Collaborate with Pricing Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions, to gather and document business requirements, user stories and process flows, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sign-off on acceptance criteria.Develop user stories and to-be process flows to deliver business requirements.Collaborate with developers and external parties to deliver complex requirements and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.Create detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to support project handover.Ensure business requirements are aligned to EMEA Pricing Policy and Pricing strategy defined by Pricing CoE with business.Participate and deliver system demos, show-tell sessions, end-to-end system testing, UAT coordination, and support.Develop training materials and content and conduct user training sessions and support the user adoption.Collaborate to drive program success by ensuring timely delivery of product features within scope and timeline.Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and sprint planning.What Are We Looking For In You: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.Up to 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles within structured environment would be a plus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.Understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices.What You Can Expect From Us: Defined-term contract (12 months) with competitive salary and company benefits.Support in developing your skills and expertise in various areas.A solid onboarding and development plan.Regular coaching and development feedback and supporting performance review.An inclusive culture.Strong team spirit and collaboration.Subject to successful performance reviews and alignment with local business unit needs.Location: in our Madrid offices, on a hybrid work-mode schedule.
