This dynamic role will challenge you with a wide range of corporate, venture capital, and technology law matters. You'll work closely with our global legal team, gaining expertise in a fast-paced, international environment.HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:Negotiate & Draft: Review, negotiate, and draft sophisticated agreements and transactions for corporate partnerships, venture capital investments, and more.Partner with Business: Collaborate with our EMEA business teams to provide legal guidance and support across our 30 offices.Build Relationships: Engage with international corporations, governments, startup founders, and attorneys.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct legal research and stay informed on evolving legal landscapes across different jurisdictions.Be a Trusted Advisor: Join a collaborative and supportive legal team that works closely with all areas of the company. You'll be involved in a wide range of exciting projects and transactions from start to finish, contributing to Plug and Play's continued success and fostering a positive team culture.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Qualified Professional: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/JD) from a recognized European or US law school with 1-3 years of experience.Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
