Emea Lead Field Services Engineer Ups - Data Center

.Role overview: For our Electrical Services organization in the EMEA region, we are looking for a Lead Field Services Engineer who will be working in large Data Center projects.The role requires 50% travel across the EMEA region to our Data Center client sites.It is opened for the following locations where we have Electrical Services offices:Slough/UK, Stockholm/Sweden, Espoo/Finland, Hengelo/The Netherlands, Montbonnot-Saint-Martin/France, Bonn/Germany, Milan/Italy & Barcelona/SpainWe can also hire remotely (with 3-4 days on travel & the rest in home office, OR one week in & one week out, depending on preference) in these countries: UK (England), Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Italy and Spain.In this role, you will provide a first class service for our UPS installed base, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.The role is covering installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and product repairs.In this role, you will also offer support to the extended EMEA Service community, through high level technical knowledge and experience in the field.Responsibilities:Oversee Data Centre commissioning across EMEA on behalf of Field ServiceProvide highest level of technical expertise in all Hyperscale commissioning activitiesSupport and train Local Field Service Engineers in such activitiesManage Key Account technical escalations, providing support including site visits to engineers and customers alikeDrive escalations to conclusion and provide feedback, where necessaryWork closely with Project Managers, advising on commissioning considerations and assisting on selection of suitable engineers, carry out site visits as requiredCollaborate closely with the Project Management Office with support of high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as requiredMaintain direct links with business units and act as focal point for all technical exchange regarding the commissioning procedures and testingManage sub-contractor teams, were requiredPerform Health & Safety audits of Field Service Engineers and sub-contractors, ensuring the high standards required by Eaton are maintainedQualifications: Installer Electrical background and Electrical education/qualifications5-10 years of experience, at least 5 years in the field with focus on Data CentersThree phase electrical installation and commissioning experience essential
