.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar softwareExperience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze dataExperience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalentAmazon Web Services is seeking an Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs. This high visibility role encompasses both developing enabling assets, guidance, programs and processes for account teams, while also owning execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.Key job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimize and accelerate new hire sales readiness/effectiveness, accelerate growth through AWS Partners and Pro Serve, advocate for the Field with cross functional teams and working to rally the organizations around the voice of the field. The role will be aligned to support an industry field organization, where you will have an opportunity to combine a passion for problem solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees. This role also leverages cross functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, in order to gain leverage, drive programs and business impact.AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
