Industrial Print Sales Operations is the backbone of the business activity, driving processes and tools to keep the sales motion while increasing our customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This area works collaboratively with the Sales Organization, Business Management, Services, and many other key stakeholders, driving operational excellence and managing business continuity risks.
Job Summary As Sales Enablement Representative, you must be well-organized, customer-oriented, and have a passion for operational excellence that supports Sales Leadership to achieve their targets.
In this role, you will focus on driving operational excellence, system efficiencies, and effective communication across the different teams to create synergies, collaboration, and alignment.
You are a team player with a strong commitment to accomplish tasks and goals, a deep understanding of change management, and capable of working agile to deliver fast results.
You are assigned to customers/partners as a focal point of contact for operational aspects related to the Opportunity to Cash business, where you should apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines but also be able to recommend appropriate alternatives. You exercise independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify a solution. You may also assist in driving the operational strategy for the assigned customers/partners and may participate in key contractual negotiations in support of the Sales Account.
You provide process-consulting expertise to projects and Sales teams in developing the required customer solution and enable the efficient execution of operational processes.
You will be the advocate of the customer/partner needs and expectations while providing support to the transformation of the processes and capabilities required to operate the business.
You understand and analyze account financials required to manage top-level escalations by interacting with the HP leadership team and management at the customer/partner side.
Responsibilities Drives multiple complex operational processes throughout the entire sales cycle, such as configuration & quote, deal coordination, bid management, margin analysis, Customer Resource Management, revenue recognition, invoicing, or organizational sales reporting.Collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners, to ensure processes support overall business objectives.Maintains and updates comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensures adherence to governance and compliance standards.Conducts in-depth data analysis, leveraging analytical tools and techniques, to identify trends, root causes, and areas for process improvement.Generates reports on process performance, communicates findings and recommendations to senior management, and presents complex data effectively.Prioritizes customer satisfaction by improving processes that directly impact the customer experience and implementing feedback-driven enhancements.Develops and maintains subject matter expertise in relevant areas, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.Identifies and mitigates risks associated with operational processes, developing strategies to minimize potential disruptions.Addresses and resolves complex operational issues, escalations, and challenges promptly, minimizing business disruptions.Provides guidance to junior team members, fostering their development, and ensuring that the team operates effectively.Education & Experience Recommended Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or work experience demonstrating competence.Typically has 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in sales operations, customer support, project management, process improvement, or a related field.French language is required for this role.Knowledge & Skills Business OperationsBusiness ProcessBusiness RequirementsData AnalysisClaims ManagementCross-Org Skills Effective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityJob - Sales Operations
