We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:This role is responsible for Order to Cash activities (Collections, Billing, Backoffice) with our clients.
The main targets are Risk Control, Cash & DSO improvement.
Interacting with main Internal (Stakeholders) & External clients.Accountability:Contacting customers with collections pending.Reconciling claim accounts.Coordinating with back office for account updates.Forwarding claim discrepancies queries to the corresponding destination office for clarification.Weekly reporting on the status of claim balances.Coordinating with credit control for the review of clients' credit limits.Requirements:High knowledge of German and English language.
