Each day, thousands of employees, customers, and partners all over the world trust Talkdesk to deliver a better way to great experiences.Responsibilities:Managing programs and initiatives to drive pipeline and accelerate our sales growth in Spain and France.Work closely with our global marketing and sales teams to manage our campaigns and programs across multiple segments and channels (i.E. enterprise, commercial, industries, digital, events, email, etc.).Plan and execute regional events, from small-scale events such as executive roundtables to large-scale expos and webinars.Localize demand generation campaigns (AI, Persona, industry campaigns) to address the specific regional needs in Spain and France.Analyze the results of campaigns in real time, apply findings to increase results, and drive improvements to optimize plans.Partner with marketing operations to understand plan performance, track results, and share progress with sales and key stakeholders.Requirements:Fluent in business Spanish, French, and English.5+ years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing B2B technology demand generation and enterprise marketing programs.Strong at business partnering with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and the broader marketing organization.Comfortable presenting to sales and dealing with ambiguity.Understanding of marketing tactics - events, paid media, email marketing, webinars, web.Strategic problem solver with the ability to diagnose and solve challenges leveraging data and testing.Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiar with marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and site optimization tools.Superior project timeline development and management skills.Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.Able to maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all parties.High energy and go-getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously.Proficient in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent (e.G., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ideally have experience with Asana, Marketo, and Salesforce.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work.
