Salesforce's Sales Programs team is focused on enabling AEs on how to successfully and efficiently build quality pipe generation.
Every sales play/program we implement has a measurable impact.
This role combines the creative process of crafting prescriptive programs and strategies, with the "business end" of operationalizing these programs with sales teams to ensure they are executed and produce results.
You will work directly with a sales team and a group of sales leaders to understand their pipe generation needs, collaborate with a diverse group from Salesforce to develop and execute a sales program to meet those needs, and then supervise the results and adapt the sales programs as vital based upon lessons learned.
Responsibilities: Understand a salesperson's mentality and what they need in a program to be an effective seller.Structured project management.Understand all aspects of a sales play/program.Creative approach to creating compelling and engaging sales programs.Leverage reports and data to gain qualitative insights into a business challenge.Able to manage multiple, challenging partners.Effective networker that forms relationships across an organization.Able to look at your previous work, objectively evaluate it, learn from it, and adapt and improve.Minimum Requirements: Significant experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Programs, Learning Design, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations preferred.Experience designing (or influencing the design of) revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.Ability to draw practical insights from data sets and interviews with salespeople and sales leaders.Experience with Salesforce reporting dashboards.Strong communicator, able to quickly think on their feet, and deal directly with senior sales leaders; ability to handle multiple partners.Accommodations: Posting Statement: At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
