The EMEA delivery organization Strategic Planner and Chief of Staff will work side by side with the leadership team in driving highly visible operational initiatives, and in influencing the strategic operational direction of the organization. This role is responsible for strategic alignment, operational success, and integration of activities across businesses, markets/geographies, and functions. On top, she/he will lead strategic initiatives and programs.Main MissionsDefine, implement, and continuously review an ongoing effective & collaborative operating cadence across the organization such as staff meetings, calendar, and reviews. Proposes solutions when conditions change.Supports effective calendaring and prioritization process to provide clarity and structure to the organization.Schedules staff meetings (weekly, quarterly, or bi-annually as defined), designs agendas, helps with setting priorities, coordinates content preparation, facilitates discussion, and documents; communicates meeting minutes. For the content preparation, he clarifies the desired outcome, facilitates creation of overall storyboard, acts as an advisor to ensure messages are readable and relevant, drives disciplined cadence of preparation, development, and prereviews leading to final deliverable. Ensures timely follow up and closure of staff action items from these meetings.Supports leadership alignment through preparation for All Employee Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, QBWs, and other executive reviews, management of leadership team cadence, and key meeting/activity readiness.Coordinates with stakeholders across the organization on their inputs and materials needed for all executive forums.Supports establishment of effective global engagements with other HP internal functions such as Field & Channel; Centers of Excellence, other theaters, Category, Care Center, Supply Chain that maintains constant alignment of priorities and actions.Manage the Project Plan for the organization, coordinating updates with Project Managers and preparing POR reviews & Communications.
