EMEA Customer Marketing Trainee duties: Support the localization of any promotional material required in the region:
Agencies: request quotes for translations, upload open files in English to be translated, request changes/modifications Affiliates: check needs and inform about new materials available GRP: create placeholders, upload materials, follow-up of the review process, compile changes and upload new versions after the changes implemented by the agency, resubmissions/withdrawal according to the expiry date Promotional Material Teams: DS/BTS/Service MKT
Update with available approved localized materials. Look for and upload high-resolution files for printing options for the affiliates. Control of expiry dates. Preparation of new Sharefolder. Grifols Experience Days
Participate in coordinating the event with the country/corporate/G.Viajes. Help in logistic details. Definition of the process in the system. Launches and Congresses:
Participate in the localization and approval of the approved global versions. Invoice management through SAP system. Support in compliance requests.
