EMEA Channel Sales Support Coordinator What will be your role?
We are seeking a highly qualified Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.
In this position, you will play a critical role in providing valuable support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.

What will be your responsibilities?
Sales Support: - Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients - Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems - Order booking validation tasks: -- Order details match T&C; and validate all the information (DOA, etc).
-- Check billing method, credit status and limit, etc.
- Sales process optimization: identify and fix inefficiencies in regular procedures to improve efficiency - Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and other relevant problems.
- Contribute to the achievement of overall sales goals and business objectives by providing valuable support and insights to the sales team.
- Keeping track of sales targets - Provide data and guides to help the sales team - Develop and monitor key performance indicators Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information - Suggest sales process improvements and automate where possible - Keep record of sales trends and stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats that may impact sales performance.
- Other ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirement.
Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: - Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in sales activities.

What profile do we need?
