EMEA Channel Sales Support Coordinator What will be your role?
We are seeking a highly qualified Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in providing valuable support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in channel sales and customer service, with a deep understanding of best practices in both areas. What will be your responsibilities? Sales Support:
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Order booking validation tasks:
-- Order details match T&C; and validate all the information (DOA, etc).
-- Check billing method, credit status and limit, etc.
- Sales process optimization: identify and fix inefficiencies in regular procedures to improve efficiency
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and other relevant problems.
- Contribute to the achievement of overall sales goals and business objectives by providing valuable support and insights to the sales team.
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Suggest sales process improvements and automate where possible
- Keep record of sales trends and stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats that may impact sales performance.
- Other ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirement.

What profile do we need?
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems

Education and Experience

- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
