Senior Business Development ManagerTo help international expansion and drive a focus on sales excellence, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM). Reporting directly to the Head of Global Sales of the company, this person will carry out the following functions and responsibilities:
Direct market development for the identification, acquisition, and management of new accounts (90% of the time) in the following territories: DACH region, UK & Eastern Europe, plus management and development of won accounts (10%), for a period of time determined by Management;Develop and define in coordination with the Head of Global Sales the sales strategy and execute the existing sales growth plan, preparation of annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasting for your area and portfolio of customers and prospects;Actively contribute to the identification of market trends, competitor surveillance, detect sales and development opportunities, store-checks, etc., to achieve an unbeatable positioning of our products in the market;Supporting the sales and marketing team at trade shows and events.RequirementsHigher education (preferably in pharmacy, biology, and/or chemistry) and a minimum experience of 7 years in international business development with manufacturers and/or distributors of botanical ingredients or supplements with high added value for the health, nutrition, food, and/or cosmetic sector. Demonstrable and verifiable international sales experience and B2B client management as a Sales Hunter. Proactive and available to travel. Experience in managing long sales cycles with products validated by scientific studies and therapeutic evidence. A person with analytical skills, autonomous, very flexible, pragmatic, and decisive, with great communication skills, impact, and credibility. High level of English is a must. Spanish and/or German languages will be highly valued.
