Our client is an integrated marketing and creative agency, a place where ideas, media, and technology come together. They are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead our global email marketing campaigns, handling strategy, content planning & internal briefings, journey setup, reporting, and tactical optimisations, while closely collaborating with the client's marketing team.
What should you bring You have 3 or more years of professional experience managing international email marketing campaigns, with a focus on EMEA markets. You are able to manage workflows from initial brief to final delivery, collaborating with the design team, copywriter, and developers. You excel at managing client communications on a wide range of topics, including monthly planning, tactical recommendations, reporting, expectation management, handling last-minute requests and deliveries. You have experience establishing and tracking KPIs to measure campaign success. You are able to provide data-driven reports to senior stakeholders and execute A/B testing and automation strategies. You can build effective target audiences and segments. You have high standards of excellence and the patience to QA every detail, using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid. You have the ability to write or tweak email copies. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge would be desired. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Experience, ideally with enterprise-level ESPs such as Selligent, Adobe Campaign, or Salesforce. EU work permit. About you You're detail-oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last number.
