Truly smart, our innovative products provide a seamless experience that helps users create a safe, healthy, comfortable, and eco-friendly environment.Role Overview: As a Technical Support agent, you will handle tech queries over email and chat and strive for first-contact resolution.What you will be doing:Advise, help, and assist our clients via email following their product orders made online on our E-shop.Verify incoming orders and correct them.Provide clear, concise responses to their requests and questions.Enrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center.Analyse and give feedback to your manager and the technical team by sharing all the necessary information to resolve issues.Manage the relationship between transporters to follow up on deliveries.Keep track and update the monitoring files for internal reporting.Requirements:A fluent level of French (spoken and written).A high level of English.You are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills.You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems, and offer them individual solutions.Within our dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team, you will reply to the demands of our customers for all the products in the Netatmo range.You know how to work within a team; you are easy-going.You adjust quickly to new environments, and you can follow procedures and deal with deadlines.Benefits:Start date: 9th of September.Contract: Temporary (6-month contract with 1-month probation period).Full-time: 39 hours/week.Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.Salary: € gross per year.Bonus: Performance Bonus up to €150 gross per month.Holidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year.Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.Hybrid: 3 to 4 days per week at the office.Training: 4 weeks of training based in the office from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).Other Benefits: Best-in-class people engagement activities and programs, ongoing training and development, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Benefits Club, and an option to sign-up for Discounted Private Health Insurance.Ready to Make a Difference?
