What you will be doing?
Advice, help, and assist our clients via email following their product orders made online on our E-shop Verify incoming orders and correct them Provide clear, concise responses to their requests and questions Enrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center.
Analyse and give feedback to your manager and the technical team by sharing all the necessary information to resolve issues Manage the relationship between transporters to follow up on deliveries Keep track and update the monitoring files for internal reporting Requirements What skills & experience you will bring to us?
A fluent level of French (spoken and written) A high level of English You are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions Within our dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team, you will reply to the demands of our customers for all the products in the Netatmo range You know how to work within a team, you are easy going You adjust quickly to new environments, and you can follow procedures and deal with deadlines Benefits What do we offer?
