Customer Service Representative with German As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible within the Metalcutting Demand Generation Team for the support of new/existing customers. The scope of your role will include all services focused on customer care and improving customer loyalty in the long term. The customer experience incorporates all experiences from initial contact through to purchase completion. Customer Service is an important sub-area to improve this experience. In this position, you will work closely with commercial and technical departments to provide various additional services around order processing.
ResponsibilitiesSupport of new/existing customersQuotation processing:
