Our mission at ODS is to design and support an advanced digital and omnichannel platform, ensuring the best customer experience using cutting-edge technology.Openbank, our flagship partner, is where we develop our most advanced concepts.Mission and Responsibilities:Manage, control and deliver Project Plans related to international expansion and other ongoing initiatives.Responsible for the detailed monitoring and daily updating of all international expansion projects simultaneously (monitoring in GANTT methodology), including go to market.Responsible for demand management within these projects, building a prioritized roadmap aligned with business, legal, compliance and IT.Coordinate daily work with all areas involved in the projects (technology, operations, business, legal, compliance, risks, finances, etc.).Detect and escalate risks, analyze and propose solutions for their mitigation.Provide operational reporting to the Project Director on the status of all tasks on a weekly basis.Maintain daily and fluid communication with all work teams, both national and international.Coordinate and manage Committees and follow-up meetings.Generate minutes and reports; identify, control and plan new tasks necessary for project progress.Manage and control all project documentation.Ensure compliance with all project milestones for the correct launch of the new bank on the market.Direct contact with senior management.Plan, coordinate, and control various test activities, ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of the testing process.Encourage collaboration among different teams to achieve business outcomes.Develop and define test methods and tools; report, track, and create test reports.Manage projects and testing based on Jira and Confluence tools.Apply appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team.Requirements:+2/3 years of experience in a similar role.University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.MBA is a plus.Experience with Jira and Confluence.High level of English; German, Dutch, or Portuguese speaker is a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and leadership skills.Ability to work across the organization to align resources with projects.What do we offer?Dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion.Working in start-up mode with the support of the Santander Group.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group
