Could you be the full-time Maintenance Engineering Manager in Madrid we're looking for?Your future role:Take on a new challenge and apply your Maintenance Engineering Manager skills in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and talented teammates.You'll be responsible for the Maintenance and Warranty signalling team for Mainline contracts (Trackside). Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Managers and Technicians, T&C Manager and engineers, Logistic, Sourcing, RAM, Safety, ILS, Quality), organizing, planning, and managing the warranty & maintenance activities, and much more.You'll specifically take care of supervising the subcontracted services and managing the performance of the team, but also communicate with clients.We'll look to you for:Managing the technical performances of the systems and providing reports to relevant Services Platform.Controlling the execution of project management (billing, cost, gross margin).Optimizing the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.Detecting, defining, and implementing modifications of the maintained products to improve reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve system performance.Assuring the update of the technical documentation of the projects.Searching for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities.Interface with other involved métiers in the warranty and maintenance activities (ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering).Interface with the customer on technical solutions.All about you:We value passion and attitude over experience.
