Electronics Pcb Design Technician

The Parts Laboratory at ALTER TECHNOLOGY covers a wide range of activities oriented to provide confidence for the use of electronic components in space and other high reliability applications.
The services offered vary from receiving inspection to complete evaluation and qualification of ICs and systems.
In this context you will:
Take responsibility for the design and manufacturing of electronic hardware by following standard operating procedures and customer requirements.Provide technical support and help to drive the improvement of production performance.Manage electronics schematic design and PCB layout for digital, analog and RF systems (including interpretation of drawings and specifications), components creation and library maintenance, create documentation for fabrication and assembly of PCBs, determine layer stackup, component placement and routing definition rules of digital, analog, RF signals of PCBs.Perform visual inspections and electrical testing of final assemblies using laboratory equipment.Contribute to mechanical fixture customization, hardware supervision, materials purchase, and maintenance tasks.Assemble microcircuits (SMT/THT) and cable assemblies, in some cases requiring fine hand assembly, using solder iron soldering, reflow soldering, etc.
