Electronic Manufacturing Production Engineer And Process Development

Job Description : One position of Electronic manufacturing production engineer and process development is now open in Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) for different Space business : Launchers, Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites).

Specific tasks of the role : Procedures and process optimization and verification.Support industrial means start up and implementation.Support and troubleshooting in the shop floor.Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and process and implement best practices according to Quality, Cost and Time.Member of multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA , KCs.Optimize and balance work flow by using Standard Times Methods and simulations.Optimize the layout, the material chain and management in the shopfloor.Support and deploy according manufacturing needs / feedback for continuous improvement, Kaizen, PPS.. defining industrial means requirement.Organize the workload in the shopfloor, develop time, cost and quality KPIsREQUIREMENTS : Education : Higher Education (Grade or Master) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, Electronic Engineering
Experience : At least 2 years experienced in Manuf Engineering Methods, Tools, and Process of Electronic BoardsAt least 2 years experienced in production environment (production of electronics boards / units will be appreciated).Soft Skills : Disciplined and methodical person with capability to negotiate with diverse teams.Trainer and pedagogic skills.Proactivity, organization, autonomy and adaptation to changeKnowledge in ERP and SPC process.Knowledge in specific IT tools used in planning : Excel / MSProject.Knowledge in Standard line balancing methods and simulations.Experience in use of SAP will be highly valued.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
