? What is the job about?
The Electronic Laboratory Technician will manage an R&D laboratory in which state-of-the-art equipment is prepared. The technician will have the opportunity to face major technological challenges and participate in one of the most critical stages during the product's life.
? What will you do?
- Laboratory Management:
Inventory and Equipments Inspection Calendar (Time Schedule according to development teams) - Development teams - ERP management.
Manage all the laboratory items Register new ERP items - Test Setup Management:
Setup designs. (Drafting of setup specification documents) Setup assemblies. Set up modifications and improvements. Commissioning IT communications - Reworks over manufactured products (e.x. fix PCBAs issues).
- Test cable assemblies definition and manufacturing.
- Development team support during tests.
- Qualification Campaign:
Tooling preparation (environmental, EMC...) Support during the Environmental and EMC campaign - Test Laboratory Equipment Management:
Study of the equipment and tools necessary for the test Control of the equipment status Instruments calibration calendar and calibration requests - Test Plan Execution.
- Board characterizations:
Launch and collect data of long-term tests such as eye diagram measurements, and BER measurements. Launch and collect data of cross-test as cross-talk measurements Launch and collect data on thermal during board commissioning Support during pre-qualification test (environmental, electrical, EMC) - Industrialization task ? Exhaustive analysis with manufacturing teams.
? What profile are we looking for?
Mandatory:
Formal studies or equivalent certification in electronics. Minimum of 2 years in an electronics technician role, specifically in an R&D laboratory setting. Proven expertise in efficiently managing an R&D laboratory, including inventory, and equipment inspection. Proficient in the design, assembly, and modification of setups, with a talent for crafting test cable assemblies. Valuable:
