We are looking for an Electronic Engineer to work on the development of new hardware designs related to the medical field. The main role is focused on the creation of new designs or the modification of current designs, in addition to related electronics in medical products or devices, ranging from architecture to manufacturing.This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute to the growth of our company and gain valuable experience in the healthcare engineering sector.ResponsibilitiesDesign PCBs for new or existing products in the medical field.Provide knowledge and support in different areas related to development.Collaborate with the rest of the teams to ensure the integration of the different development activities.Ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality design meeting requirements.Document designs and comply with established processes.RequirementsSolid knowledge base of digital and analog electronics.Creation and management of documentation.Experience in selecting components and their alternatives.Experience with Pulsonix or Altium. Another EDA tool will be valued.Experience in electronic simulation.Knowledge of component library management (Symbols and Footprints).Experience implementing design rules to ensure reliable, cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing.Specific knowledge of signal integrity in digital interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, USB, HDMI, SDR, DDR...).Experience in preventive implementation against EMI/EMC and thermal management optimization.Design with implementation of isolation in voltages and signals.Knowledge of regulatory standards in the medical field, IEC60601.Knowledge of cybersecurity applied to hardware.Minimum knowledge of 3D modelling, components, and PCB.Experience in design oriented to the manufacturing process and tests that encompass verification and validation (AOI, AXI, FPT, FCT, BS, etc...).Use of instrumentation equipment (oscilloscopes, active/passive current probes, multimeter, power supplies, signal generators...) to perform measurements, validations, and design and test reports.SkillsAdvanced English level.Good level of German is a plus.Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.Proactive attitude, self-motivated, committed with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization.Self-directed and able to tackle new projects and ideas.Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and superior follow-up and follow-through skills.EducationHave a bachelor's degree in Electronic engineering/Industrial electronic engineering.Master's degree in any technical discipline.What we offerA diversified and challenging environment combined with a high degree of freedom for the implementation of innovative ideas.
