This position reports to Marketing & Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology.
Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential causes, and recommending future actions.
This role is contributing to the Service Electrification Sales area in Spain and Portugal.
You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting the Iberia Sales organization and customers.
Preparing technical and commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
Creating opportunities in Sales Force.
Answering leads from Sales Force and reassigned to Sales Specialist.
Preparing and following workshop repairs offers.
Interface between Sales team and customers and operations team.
Tasks to be performed: Provide a technical and commercial solution to customer needs.
Analyze technical specifications, find the best solution in the product portfolio, and create a quotation.
Support internally the team or other teams in various actions.
Commit to ensuring that inquiries are resolved and provide assistance in any necessary escalation.
Work with leaders and the team to detect improvement areas to work more efficiently and reduce manual tasks.

Qualifications for the role Some experience in Internal Sales working as a sales support specialist focused on Service in manufacturer or maintenance companies.
Knowledge of SAP, Sales Force, and Excel.
Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
High level of Spanish (C1) and medium of English (B2); Portuguese will be highly appreciated.
