Should have proper control and monitoring of the tools, equipment, and materials to complete the job in a safe and efficient manner.
Carries out the correct operation, maintenance, and breakdown on HVACR systems (extractors, air conditioning, cold room, freezer, etc.).
Work with other departments to ensure that jobs get done.
You should be flexible towards tasks assigned to you, including working odd hours.
Make sure that all machinery is working properly.
Check instruments and switchboards to ensure that all systems are working efficiently to detect line disturbances.
Keep a record of fuel used for generators.
Monitor and record all operational data related to the distribution of power.
In the event of power interruption, you should be familiar with basic troubleshooting.
Check and ensure that the water plant is operational and record water usage and production.
Daily check the water level in the tank.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine needs as required.
Maintain the plant operation equipment and facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
Function as a shift operator; make decisions and stand alone on shift.
Ability to work extended hours if and when required.
Respond to emergencies such as fire and environmental hazards.
Follow preventive maintenance on the equipment assigned in your field of operation.
You are required to check all specifications of parts before ordering.
Monitors jobs to ensure quality and compliance with job standards.
Maintain all service records and logbooks.
Maintain the cleanliness of workspaces and ensure the safety of all tools.
Achieve the tasks entrusted to you by management.
Recommend improvements, changes, or new techniques and procedures.
Attend all safety and security training sessions, adhering to all resort policies and procedures.
Coordinate activities with other departments and outside contractors.
Take part in all preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of all equipment in the assigned fields.
Quickly respond to emergency calls beyond preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain daily work progress in a log sheet.
Make accurate estimates of work time and material needed for installation and repair, including for your subordinates.
Monitor your subordinates' attendance and leave records.
Plan and supervise day-to-day activities according to manpower and equipment.
Provide clear and well-defined instructions to subordinates.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments and the public.
Participate in meetings of the Engineering department.
Attend all trainings performed at the resort, both general and departmental.
You will be required to follow any other instructions and perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Sound knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.
Certificate/diploma in a related field.
Knowledge of basic health and safety related to this field and you are required to abide by.
Diploma in Electrical Installation.
