Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, inspection, calibration, and troubleshooting of all instrumentation and control systems in a solar plant, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This role involves leading a team, managing resources and schedules, and providing technical support during shutdowns and routine maintenance activities to maintain efficient plant operations.

Qualifications and Job Descriptions: Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer. 3-5 years of experience in solar plant operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Expertise in operation and maintenance. Excellent people and negotiation skills, capable of dealing with individuals across different organizational levels. Strong sense of urgency, customer-service orientation, and a high level of organization and proactivity. Able to multi-task effectively. Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism. Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and strong advocate for safe work practices and procedures. Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Skilled in MS Project, MS Office, and other computer-based programs. High degree of analytical skills to process operations, maintenance, and outage data and create detailed plans based on gap analysis. Able to lead a multi-skilled team effectively. Plan, organize, and direct preventive maintenance, assessment, and troubleshooting. Prepare and delegate daily tasks of maintenance personnel at the site. Monitor the implementation of maintenance activities. Maintain records of personnel, daily accomplishments, inventory of supplies & parts, and all maintenance-related documents. Requisition supplies and parts related to maintenance activities. Evaluate all new equipment and machines. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
