The Technician is responsible for defined maintenance activities in the Production / Site.
The role maintains the machines based on preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.
It is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and solving these problems using the DDS approach & Root cause analysis.
The technician supports and coaches the Operators / Colleagues in handling technical issues in the RST and Site.
What You Will Do Be the electrical expert in the department (Feed, PLC system, safety system, monitoring system, etc.)
Together with other RST members, lead the department's resources towards set goals, act with loyalty to the RST group's decisions and be a role model with good working methods and attitudes.
Ensure cooperation with other RSTs, other maintenance organizations, and the spare parts warehouse.
Ensure that recurring electrical problems are remedied, analyzed and that the root cause is identified using breakdown analyses.
Develop common standards, working methods and maintenance routines in the electricity area.
Troubleshooting and problem solving according to the current troubleshooting standard (DDS) and ensure that this is followed throughout the electricity group.
Competence development and coaching of production teams in the management of technical problems.
Programs and is responsible for "backup" of PLC programs.
Plans, organizes, participates and monitors preventive electrical maintenance of the machines.
Performs ocular inspections and ensures that electrical inspection points in the department are made.
Develop, follow up and analyze spare parts consumption and outcomes for the electricity budget in the department in collaboration with the department manager.
Participate in projects/test runs if necessary and in improvements and modifications to the machines.
Participate and be responsible for rolling out improvements in collaboration with other electricity and mech resources.
Ensures that relevant manuals and instructions are available and that electrical documentation, drawings, maintenance systems and electrical shift log are continuously updated.
Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Industrial engineering, Automated production or related field.
Have cumulated 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing (internship included).
Skills in CAD and knowledge with ePLAN software (or other similar).
Experienced with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Systems, and machine safety.
Allen-Bradley, Siemens platforms preferred.
English knowledge will be valuable (both verbal and written).
Excellent skill in planning, organizing, communicating and decision making.
Analytical thinking and ability to work on multiple activities.
