Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical components of our upcoming data center project in Sweden. This role requires hands-on project management expertise, overseeing all aspects of electrical work, from planning and design through to execution and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all electrical works on large-scale data center projects.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and civil project managers, subcontractors, and consultants.Develop, implement, and maintain project plans to ensure successful completion on time and within budget.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.Monitor and manage project progress, reporting to stakeholders and senior management on key milestones.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for any potential issues.Collaborate with procurement teams for sourcing necessary electrical materials and equipment.Manage subcontractors and ensure their adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction.Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage complex installations.Excellent understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure, particularly in mission-critical environments.Ability to work to tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and priorities.Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with project teams and clients.Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Willingness to relocate or work in Sweden for the duration of the project.Why Join Us?
