The Product Development Center (PDC) - Móstoles leads the development of SMP low-rise system and its main components. The new Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the cluster project portfolio, in close collaboration with the Cluster Lead, to ensure that the projects and all their deliverables are provided to all relevant stakeholders on time, on cost and on scope. Qué esperamosCoordinate the requirement definition efforts on a global basis supporting R&D teams during product development.Lead coordination during feature development being responsible for the feature functional specification, coordination with partners, product and feature documentation, etc.Ensure the quality of requirement definitions mitigating downstream turnbacks which may occur during product verification/validationDrive improved quality of requirements while leveraging existing standard work the harmonization, design guidelines, templates and design process.Establish and maintain high quality test case requirements derived from detailed design requirements.Successfully coordinate the creation of functional, non-functional and interface test requirements across clusters, PDC's and core matrixed development team.Clearly communicate with global key stakeholders.Actively developing, encouraging and motivating subordinates and peers to sustainably perform to their best capabilities.Translate code related features into detailed design requirements associated within notified bodies. A quién buscamosBachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.Hands-on experience with test case requirements generation and traceability toolsFamiliarity with the Atlassian tool chain (R4J, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, …)Experience in model based documentation (e.G.
