The Product Development Center (PDC) - Móstoles leads the development of SMP low-rise system and its main components. We support the Manufacturing centers in Europe Africa, with focus in Móstoles, and we strive to provide the most competitive products.
Job OverviewThe new Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the cluster project portfolio, in close collaboration with the Cluster Lead, to ensure that the projects and all their deliverables are provided to all relevant stakeholders on time, on cost and on scope.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the requirement definition efforts on a global basis supporting R&D teams during product development.Lead coordination during feature development being responsible for the feature functional specification, coordination with partners, product and feature documentation, etc.Ensure the quality of requirement definitions mitigating downstream turnbacks which may occur during product verification/validation.Drive improved quality of requirements while leveraging existing standard work the harmonization, design guidelines, templates and design process.Establish and maintain high quality test case requirements derived from detailed design requirements.Successfully coordinate the creation of functional, non-functional and interface test requirements across clusters, PDC's and core matrixed development team.Clearly communicate with global key stakeholders.Actively developing, encouraging and motivating subordinates and peers to sustainably perform to their best capabilities.Translate code related features into detailed design requirements associated within notified bodies.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.Hands-on experience with test case requirements generation and traceability tools.Familiarity with the Atlassian tool chain (R4J, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, …).Experience in model based documentation (e.g. UML Diagrams).At least two years of embedded product experience within complex systems (preferably within a code driven industry).Driving consensus with key stakeholders through persuasion utilizing your conflict resolution skills.Fluent English, additional languages are advantageous.Willingness to travel internationally, open mind, and being very flexible.Technical understanding of software controlled electro-mechanical systems.What We OfferSecure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation package.Social benefits and an attractive work calendar.Teamwork & safety – an open, transparent, and value-oriented culture.Individualized training plan from your very first day.TK Elevator is a company with an open, transparent culture that focuses on the people who make it up.
