TECHNICAL/ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Master's degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Physics; Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineer or Nuclear Engineering an asset.
1-2 years experience in electric system design.
Nuclear power plants knowledge or Nuclear Energy master.
Ability to apply fundamental engineering principles.
Strong technical interest, predisposition for multi-tasking, flexibility, understanding of project priorities, and teamwork abilities required.
Autocad, Revit, and E3D Aveva knowledge will be greatly appreciated.
Fluent in English with proven reporting skills.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND DUTIES Member of the Electric Physical Design group performing engineering evaluations and analyses of technical products and services to support operation of the nuclear power plants in the nuclear safety and performance field.
Perform a variety of engineering tasks in support of operation of nuclear power plants.
Shall be familiar with 3D/2D design tools.
Experience on IEEE or IE codes.
Thorough documentation of analyses.
Propose solutions to technical challenges that may arise during projects.
Participate in integrated and international project teams and communicate with involved parties.
Occasionally travel to customer sites or to Industry Group Workshops (to gather or present technical information).
