Electrical Engineer (Fully Remote)

For an EPCM we are looking for several Electrical Supervisors for long term consultancy contracts that are REMOTE for a project in the Middle East.As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful development and implementation of projects. Working closely with the Construction and Project Manager, you will ensure smooth site coordination and oversee the timely completion of projects.Responsibilities:Report directly to the Construction and/or Project Manager.Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.Ensure all site operations adhere to company HSQE standards and requirements.Manage, supervise, and report on direct labor resources, plant, safe execution of work, and material allocation.Oversee and coordinate sub-contractors on-site.Conduct post-construction surveys and compile accurate data for As-Built records.Follow company compliance procedures and record the performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, and Health and Safety and environmental standards.Skills and Requirements:To thrive in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:Electrical trade background is essential.Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent organizational and planning skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
