Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. Atlas Copco is looking for a new member for the Engineering Department in our Factory of Zaragoza.
The person appointed will be responsible for the electrical/electronic designer, development and maintenance of the projects assigned. Besides will participate in the industrialization process of the designed products.
The main functions for the position are:
1. Design and develop the electrical and electronic systems for a new product (Control panel, PLC programing, power connections, calculation of wiring, communications between different modules of the machine, etc.).
2. Product maintenance on the electrical and electronic part of the existing models
3. Create and maintain the technical documentation for supplier assembly and aftermarket service of the machinery. The CAD tools used are AutoCad and Eplan
4. Manage the issues detected during the manufacturing process to ensure the continuous improvements.
5. Work closely with other departments and external partners to assure and optimize the designs.
6. Cooperate and supervise in the process of prototypes and industrialization of the projects.
Experience requirements:
At least 5 years of proven experience in similar jobs.
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Knowledge in CAD: AutoCad and Eplan, Office pack, Professional competence in English, PLM: Windchill.
General knowledge of electronics.
Knowledge in power electronics, electrical machinery and batteries or solar systems.
