We are looking for an experienced Electrical/Electronic Hardware Design Engineer to join our R&D team in Seville, Spain.
Are you a skilled electrical or electronics engineer with at least 3-4 years of experience?
Do you have a proactive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn?
You will contribute to the development and maintenance of RTU systems, specifically the T300 platform, as part of a dynamic and agile team.
Responsibilities Lead and resolve electrical and electronics component issues during development and product life cycles.
Manage component specifications, qualifications, and testing, including prototype development.
Optimize electronics hardware design for manufacturing, cost, and quality in collaboration with internal teams.
Conduct hardware simulations, troubleshooting, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
Oversee the qualification of new or alternative components and address lifecycle obsolescence.
Collaborate across firmware, mechanical, and industrialization teams to deliver optimized solutions.
Document engineering processes, including schematics, BOMs, and technical deliverables.
Your experience, education, and qualifications You have good and thorough experience in product development, preferably also in Agile methodology .
You have a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and are fluent in English.
You must have experience in: Electrical and analog electronics design.
Schematic Capture, Cadence Suite, HDL, Allegro.
Simulations PSPIC, LTSPICE.
Power electronics design related to high frequency power supply and its components (inductors, high frequency transformers, etc.).
Electronics hands-on and troubleshooting.
Functional thermal verification, EMI/EMC.
Electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, electronic loads, and signal generators.
Engineering documentation & design: Components selection, Bill of material, schematic, drawings, calculation, test plan.
Collaboration with other teams: firmware, mechanical, industrialization, quality, purchasing.
If you also have experience in some of these areas, it will be an advantage: Design for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
Testing for EMC/EMI.
Cadence HDL Capture & PCB Editor.
Power management and thermal management.
Scrum, SAFE.

You can work closely and collaborate with all other disciplines and peers from hardware, EMI/EMC, Firmware, Software, Communication/interfaces, Compliance, Mechanical, Manufacturing, quality, and Purchasing to address conflicting requirements and create/deliver efficient, high quality solutions.
