Electrical Automation Engineer

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Create AlertResponsibilities:Assist in carrying out analyses on all projects by visiting the location.Investigate the location of emergency breakdowns in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment in order to determine the problems associated with the machines.Participate in the maintenance of equipment to ensure its correct functioning.Provide technical assistance and support in relation to all projects, installations, and repairs.Ensure the use of a digital dashboard to carry out exhaustive analyses and breakdown reviews.Conduct investigations and recommend changes and updates to equipment.Perform hardware and software updates to improve process control.Communicate breakdowns, updates, and problem resolution through management programs and different telematic means.Make periodic reports on progress on defective machines, errors, and processes.Ensure the calibration of all machines and maintenance after calibration.Install, maintain, and inspect control systems and workplace facilities in the plant.Coordinate the team to achieve department objectives.Provide technical supervision to other automation technicians and engineers.Collaborate in the specification, installation, and modification of systems.Job Profile:Degree in electrical, electronic, or telecommunications engineering.Good knowledge of industrial maintenance.1 to 3 years of experience in the industrial engineering area.Skills to understand and express fluently in English.Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal.Skills to maintain good communication with the different levels of the company.Skills in areas of fluid power, manufacturing processes, electricity, electronics, and mechanical systems.Knowledge of Ethernet communication, control logic, and programmable logic control (PLC).Electromechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.Job Segment: Electronics Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Electrical, Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
