Built on the values of Partnership, Integrity, and Innovation, the firm delivers top-tier legal representation across all practice areas.Position Overview: The firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to handle a variety of pre-litigation and litigation matters involving real estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditors' rights.
This position offers flexibility, with opportunities to work remotely or from the firm's offices in San Diego or Sacramento.
Ideal candidates will possess strong advocacy skills, critical thinking abilities, and a proactive approach to case management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution, including pre-litigation title matters.Develop case budgets and legal strategies.Conduct legal research and provide risk analyses.Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and briefs.Manage discovery processes, including depositions and document production.Collaborate with supervising partners and clients to implement case strategies.Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences (both in-person and remote).Assist with bankruptcy motions, hearings, and adversary proceedings as needed.Participate in special projects or perform additional duties as required.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.)
