Job Description As an EKA Asset Productivity Analyst, you will be working in close coordination with European Business Development Managers (BDMs), European Key Account Managers (EKAMs), Central Audit team, and EKA customer contacts.The role will be to orchestrate centrally the execution of the annual audit (stock inventory) process for a portfolio of EKA customers, from planning to completion, in line with the internal Audit and Asset Protection policies, and within the timeline established.Throughout the audit process, the EKA Asset Productivity Analyst will be expected to provide a European overview of the audit investigations and results to both internal and external customers.Major Accountabilities:Provide support to calendarization of annual EKA audit.Act as a time keeper during audit preparation steps (physical counts collection, counts upload into CHEP systems, etc.)Lead on the coordination of local teams progress in audit reconciliation, highlighting critical situations to BDMs and EKA Asset Productivity Manager (i.E. slow or no progress in audit reconciliation on specific countries/audits, high exposure to losses, etc)Responsible for the audit progress to ensure audit timeline established by internal Audit policy or from contractual agreements is respected, escalating delays and deviations to BDMs and EKA Asset Productivity Manager.Make recommendations for Audit Plan Header (APH) closure, taking into account both commercial agreements and compliance with systems, and policy requirements.Ensure APH closure upon audit completion, and exact execution of stock adjustments.Propose, lead and/or participate in projects related to Asset Productivity and EKA portfolio account health.Provide guidance and support to ad hoc EKA requests related to EKA account health and auditExperience:Working in a complex matrix structure.Analytical background.Supply chain background
