We're looking for an English-speaking Account Director to join our amazing colleagues in Barcelona who support many of the world's top businesses every day. If you're passionate about building relationships and want to be part of an energetic, high-performing team, this could be the role for you.
What You Will Do You take ownership of your portfolio of customers to drive up-sell and cross-selling opportunities and ensure renewals. Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer's business strategy, allowing the full potential of their Starmind solution to be realized. Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training and usage/development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment. You'll help to guide customers through each stage of the customer journey: from project success planning to onboarding, to expanding use of Starmind. Be the voice of the client and provide internal feedback on how Starmind's solution can be improved. Contribute to pre-sales positioning of Account Management/Customer Success deliverables and sales led meetings with customers to outline expectations, communication rhythm, and how we support customer's KPIs. What You Need to Be Successful You take ownership of your portfolio like it is your own business. You have excellent German language skills (both verbal and written). You will have experience in a customer-facing B2B Customer Success or Account Management role in a SaaS environment. You have intrinsic motivation to understand your customer's business, their pain and the ability to translate that into actionable outcomes that create value for your customer.
