Currently, we are looking for an experienced and passionate colleague to join our BTS M&S; Digital Consumer Solutions team in Madrid as Consumer Roll Out Manager.
The Consumer Roll Out Manager will be responsible for the successful adoption and implementation of digital consumer solutions in the markets, providing expertise and support on functional usage, operations, and effective execution, as well as raising and following up risks and mitigations required for successful adoption.
The person acts as a liaison between Market functions and IT delivery teams, coordinating with other IT teams and 3rd party companies to deliver their specific initiatives on time and within budget.
The role also guarantees IT Governance on Marketing & Sales related matters and proper communication.
What will you do?Business Relationship Management: Provide functional expertise on Digital Consumers processes and solutions, ensuring final users' adoption.
Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application.Change Management: In regards to new projects/major enhancements, analyze the requests coming from the demand funnel, assess the feasibility of business requests in the context of the standard application solution, and the impact on the GRM (global versus local).
Coordinate and conduct application testing in close cooperation with quality assurance and technical teams.Project Management: Be part of the project team, design business processes, configure and coordinate configuration from external parties, and define and roll-out standards and templates.Are you ready to take a new step in your career and join a global team of IT to move a successful corporation forward?
