Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.We are happy to announce that we are currently seeking a Freelance Video Director to join our team for the Secret Diaries project. Our YouTube channel produces high-quality short series with real actors and top-notch filming locations. We are committed to creating stories that tackle meaningful themes, featuring life morals and lessons with long-lasting impact on viewers.What You Will Do:Be responsible for pre-production work:Analyzing competitors, participating in the scriptwriting process, discussing and deciding the visual storytelling details with other departments (art, cameramen, image, editing, etc.)Be responsible for production work:Working with actors and other team members on set to execute your creative vision on set.Be responsible for post-production work:Working with a video editor to make sure the creative vision is executed the way you envisioned it.What We Expect:Strong knowledge of all production and post-production processes, formats, and techniques.Experience in directing videos and YouTube content (would be a plus).Experience working on set with crew and actors.Dedicated and committed team player.Up-to-date and knowledgeable about social trends on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.Experience in narrative-based storytelling.What We Offer:We will encourage you to train your extra skills, talents, or passion and apply them at work.We will provide you with lunch and snacks on the filming set.You will have the invaluable opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and professional team, gaining hands-on experience in the vibrant world of video production.You will dive deep into all the department's ins and outs, picking up tricks from the pros and getting your hands dirty on projects that really speak to our fans.Our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@secret_diaries
