Since Employee Experience spans the entire employment lifecycle, this position will require you to be involved in many areas of HR, engaging in varied activities such as content creation and delivery, systems and data analysis.Responsibilities Working closely with the CEO, sourcing and screening potential new hires for the business.Recruit IT profiles.Provide training to new hires.Anticipate and plan for future talent needs.Implement training sessions.Consult and improve processes.Manage the value of the employee proposition to the company.Design and disseminate an integrated employee induction program.Manage and update the HR intranet site.Organize employee events and memorable experiences.What we offer Working remote or in Palma.
