As a member of our Global Procurement Shared Services (GPSS) team, you will support the EU procurement and business teams by delivering operational purchasing tasks and assignments.MAIN SCOPE To provide functional support to the EU Procurement Operations network for operational and administrative tasks. This includes supplier master data management, supplier compliance review, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Key Job Responsibilities Process daily remedy tickets and web requisitionsPoint of contact for some internal and external stakeholders (vendors/manufacturers)Set up and maintain supplier master data for procurement networkWork in full compliance with the company's Spending and Transaction policySupport continuous improvement projectsConduct and verify Sustainability, Safety, and Corporate Social Responsibility compliance for suppliersManage escalations related to supplier compliance issuesCreate and analyze regular supplier compliance reports to identify improvement areasA Day in the Life Vendor Management Analysts review incoming Vendor Onboarding requests to ensure suppliers are compliant with Amazon's Sustainability and Safety policies. They engage with internal stakeholders for support and follow up with suppliers on critical tasks to finalize onboardings successfully. They partner with other team members across the organization to work on projects aiming to improve processes.
