How to contribute to our vision: Technical support to clients, contractors, and technicians to resolve incidents of all teams (PV Inverters, BESS and PCS Equipment, MV Cell, MV Transfers, Auxiliary panels, refrigeration equipment, communications).
Coordination with contractors and technicians.
Knowledge in communication networks, power electronics, interpretation of electrical diagrams, MV equipment, electrical switchgears.
Field assistance for incidents of level 2 3 or of high importance and priority.
Availability for short-term and high-frequency trips, both national and international.
Daily reports, technical assistance reports.
Remote follow-up of the general operation of equipment with the ability to prevent future errors.
Coordination with engineering department for improvements requests and retrofits.
What you need to make a difference: 3 years experience in a similar role.
Technician in Electronic, Electrical, OM or similar.
Office Package.
English level B2.
Adaptability.
