Key Responsibilities: Own GTM Analytics: Take full ownership of our GTM analytics function, developing and executing a roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and strategic objectives.
Build Dashboards & Reporting: Design and build intuitive dashboards to provide clarity and actionable insights into the performance of the sales process, bringing transparency to sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your analytical skills to generate insights that inform and shape our sales, marketing, and customer success strategies, driving key decision-making across the business.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing to align analytics with business goals.
You will be a key contributor to strategic and operational discussions and initiatives.
Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing expectations across diverse teams.
Drive Impact: Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations, ensuring leadership has the insights they need to optimize performance and scale effectively.
What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
Strong technical skills: comfortable with SQL code, spreadsheet analysis, and building dashboards.
Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English, you can translate complex data into clear and concise insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management experience: You're adept at managing multiple stakeholders, setting priorities, and delivering on project milestones.
