We invest more than $250 million annually to ensure our AI-enabled technology and platforms meet or exceed the needs of our customers.Key Responsibilities:EHS and Occupational Safety:Implement Occupational Safety measures, conduct safety audits, and develop risk assessment protocols.Industrial Hygiene:Manage programs for workplace health hazard identification and control.Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology:Apply ergonomic and psychosociological principles to enhance workplace conditions and support employee well-being.Occupational Medicine:Coordinate health programs and collaborate with medical professionals to manage health screenings and other health-related processes.Facilities Management:Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility.Desired Qualifications:A degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional training, education, and experience in EHS practices and management.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Occupational Medicine through a combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and professional experience.Relevant certifications in EHS or Facilities Management are considered an asset.At least 5 years of experience in EHS and facilities management with knowledge in the specific domains outlined.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.What we offer:Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurancePension SchemePaid time off and paid sick leaveMaternity and paternity leaveWellness programs including 1:1 coaching and meditation guidance with TaskHuman and HeadSpaceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling sessions available 24/7Free legal services that provide legal advice, document creation and estate planningEmployee bonus referral program#J-18808-Ljbffr
