Project management: Plan, coordinate, and manage software implementation projects.Project scope: determining and documenting a list of specific project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines.Project timeline definition.Perform project tasks within a multidisciplinary team.Project monitoring and control:Use data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.Fill the minutes of each meeting.Create project monitoring reports.Capture lessons learned.Support commercial management in each Autonomous Community alongside the Renal IT Manager of Spain.Knowledge of contracts and tenders. Training, consultancy and support: Medical staff training. Provide expert guidance on healthcare applications.Phone, e-mail and on-site support.Incident reporting.Gather new requirements and needs.Suggest improvements based on technological advances. Requirements: Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.G., Computer Science, Biomedicine, Health Informatics).Strong knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with renal care practices and workflows is desirable.Experience in healthcare IT consulting services is desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Teamwork: time management, problem-solving, active listening, critical thinking, collaboration, empathy.Proactive.Self-motivated.Willingness to travel nationally.#J-18808-Ljbffr
